// DESCRIPTION
This study examines whether daily use of a digestive health supplement is associated with improvements in bloating, stool consistency, bowel regularity, and overall digestive comfort. Participants will use our mobile app to log bowel movements using the Bristol Stool Chart, along with digestive symptoms such as bloating, gas, abdominal discomfort, urgency, and perceived digestibility of meals. Participants will complete daily app-based check-ins and baseline/end-of-study questionnaires. The study will assess whether stool-form trends and symptom reports collected through the app can help measure changes in digestive comfort over time. Data collected may include stool type, bowel movement frequency, bloating severity, meal-related symptoms, supplement adherence, and participant feedback.
