// DESCRIPTION
This mock study evaluates how daily digestive symptom tracking and Bristol Stool Chart logging can help identify patterns associated with bloating, irregular bowel movements, and early IBS-like symptom clusters. Participants will use the BIOME app over 6 weeks to log stool type, bowel movement frequency, abdominal discomfort, bloating severity, urgency, gas, meal triggers, hydration, and stress. Participants will also complete a short baseline questionnaire, weekly symptom check-ins, and a final end-of-study survey. Data collected may include Bristol Stool Chart entries, self-reported digestive symptoms, daily check-in data, weekly symptom summaries, adherence/compliance events, and final study feedback. This study is for research and screening insight generation only and is not intended to provide a medical diagnosis.
